Mitsui Garden Hotel Hiroshima

The staff were polite and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the awesome breakfast buffet on the 25th floor with beautiful views of Hiroshima. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy walks to the Peace Park and dining options.

had a really good stay for our short visit, and will definitely go back there again. everything was really good, very efficient staff, very cozy views of the inland sea.

Everything here was excellent, I would stay there again. The breakfast was gorgeous and outstanding with fish and far reaching views, for instance, the restaurant was great. It was in a marvellous location close to eateries and pubs.

The check-in process was overly impersonal, relying on machines rather than any meaningful interaction with staff. The common areas felt cramped and dated, and the room itself was bland, with insufficient space between the three beds, leaving little room to move around comfortably.

Upscale clean property, it has extremely friendly staff on the reception desk. Yoghourt, fruit and eggs for breakfast are a plus.

Honestly no reason to complain. Nicely appointed hotel in a central location with responsive staff on the reception desk. A well-equipped and a nice size room provided with nice view, an amazing view on the harbour and comfortable pillows. Early check-in, parking nearby. Everything very comfortable.

Sky lounge stole the show

The sky lounge on the 25th floor provided amazing views of Hiroshima at sunset while offering a good selection of snacks and drinks. The location was fantastic.

While the room was spacious, the bathroom felt outdated and could use some refurbishing. Only one keycard was provided, which led to a minor inconvenience when I accidentally locked myself out.

Great views from the lounge, but the wifi was spotty. Room size was adequate.

The view from my room on the 18th floor was lovely, especially at night! Breakfast on the 25th floor was a highlight, with a wonderful selection and amazing vistas. The location made visiting nearby attractions very convenient, with easy access to the city center.

Comfortable Stay with Great Views

We enjoyed our stay, especially the beautiful breakfast buffet with panoramic views of Hiroshima. The friendly staff, and the compact room was perfect for our needs. It's worth taking a taxi from the station if you have heavy luggage for extra convenience.

The luxurious feel at such a reasonable price was a pleasant surprise. Our room had fine views, and the location made it easy to explore landmarks. Breakfast on the top floor with mimosas was a highlight, as was the happy hour with complimentary wine, where we met great people!

Centrally located, the hotel offers easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The sky lounge on the 25th floor provides fine city views and an excellent breakfast selection. The rooms are somewhat dated with peeling wallpaper and stained carpets, which detracts from the experience. While the air conditioning worked effectively in the summer heat, snackbar options during happy hour were limited.

I had a fantastic stay with an amazing view from the 20th floor and a delightful breakfast buffet on the 25th! However, the pillows needed to be fluffier for comfort. I'd definitely return!

Outstanding breakfast with yummy latte choices and fresh yogurt. the staff were super friendly and helpful which made the experience even better 😊. the hotel is conveniently located near lots of tasty restaurants and eateries, making it easy to find a good meal.
